Teams of 2 must complete the following for time
100 kb swings
100 ball slam, 30/20#
100 push ups
100 sit ups

The partners must work using a 30 sec. on / 30 sec. off format. P1 will work for 30 sec., then P2 will work for 30 sec. They will will continue until they finish all the reps.
