Group classes for those people who aren’t interested in using the barbell, looking to add another work out into their CrossFit Schedule, or just looking for a cardio based program. These classes run twice a week and focus on body weight exercises and getting fit! No heavy lifting here! Included in an unlimited membership or can count as one of your three days. $80 per month for its own membership. $10 per class if you are a member looking for an extra add on. Tuesday and Thursday 9:00am.
