I first wanted to check in with you all and see how you are doing? Physically and mentally?? This is a new precedent. None of us have been through something like this before, but together I think we can get through!! I do have a degree in Psychology and Education. I have also been in contact with many of my friends and colleagues from previous health care positions I have held, or they currently hold and have been gathering some great resources. So please, not only count on us for your daily WOD, and physical movement check, but also for your mentality check in as well. If you are struggling, please reach out to us! If we cant help we will point you in the right direction! This is an extremely stressful situation and we all need help getting through!
Secondly, we wanted to thank you for your continued support. Those of you that have been able to continue paying your membership through these months are helping to insure that we ALL have a place to comeback to when this is over!!

The mind must believe it can do something before it is actually capable of doing it. The way to overcome negative thoughts and destructive emotions is to develop opposing positive emotions that are stronger and more powerful. Listen to your self talk and replace youe negative thoughts with positive ones. Regardless of how the situation seems, focus on what you DO WANT to happen, and then take the next positive step toward that. No, you cant control everything that happens to you, but you can control how YOU react! Everyones life has positive and negative aspects- whether or not your happy and successful in the long run depends on which of those you focus on. Do you focus on the good or the bad??
