Yoga- 3/8 Welcome Ginger to the CFSP staff

Originally from Southern Wisconsin, Ginger has been practicing yoga since 2009.

She lived in NYC from 2005-2017, and now resides in New Haven, CT.

She completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2018 at The Breathing Room in New Haven, CT with Margot Broom and Tobie Schuerfield. In 2017, she completed a 35 hour Thyroid Yoga training under Fern Olivia, founder of Thyroid Yoga. She is registered with Yoga Alliance as a 200 hour RYT.

Her classes integrate vinyasa flow, restorative postures as well as breathe work. She is known for her contagious smile, kindness, honesty and compassion.

She attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is a Certified Integrative Health Coach and is the founder of Get Well with Ginger.


Thursday Relax & Restore 7:30-8:30pm

The “Relax & Restore” class is an all levels class that incorporates vinyasa flow and restorative poses. This class is designed to help you relax, de-stress and rejuvenate at the end of a long week. We will focus on stress relief, flexibility, body alignment, and opening tight muscles that are common to us all, including neck and shoulder pain, back pain, hip pain and even tight hamstrings. This class is also suitable for everyone, and is a nice compliment to CrossFit training.
