Summer is coming to an end. School is about to go back in session. Schedules are about to get busy. Warm days will slowly be replaced by crisp air days, days become shorter, and for many of us its back to the grind! This can be a very stressful time of year. This is when you need CFSP the most! Don’t allow the hectic run of everyday to overtake the one hour you deserve to have in order to de-stress and get fit! Make sure you are still prioritizing you!! Fit CFSP into your routine! Your body and mind will thank you!!

Falling Into Fitness kick off meeting will be Saturday September 23rd at 10:30am. If your goals are to loose weight, gain muscle, meet new members, learn about some ways to clean up your diet a little, or you simply love a challenge, then this is for you!!! We will go over schedule of events, expectations, initial measurement appointments, performance WOD and other details. Challenge will run from October 2- November 18th!
Looking for team members to do the Grit and Wit with us… September 16th!! Teams of four and we will be fundraising for our donation!! This is a family-friendly competition that will challenge teams’ brains and brawn throughout the course! This is a great event that will include a festival with Camp tours, activities, food and live entertainment! All to benefit the Hole In The Wall Camp foundation!!

CrossFit Toro in New Milford is hosting a fun CrossFit online qualifier competition.. all levels are encouraged to take part!!!
Compete with us for just $20! Compete in 1 of 6 divisions for CASH. 3 week online qualifier done in your home gym followed by a live event at NMCF. Our divisions are unique and you will find a division for you! The more registrations we get, the higher the pot!!!
