Let’s face it, not everyday is going to be a PR kind of day. I have hit a PR only to never see it again! Some days you feel like a rock star and others its a struggle to just roll out of bed. I get it. We all do. Its life. Your 100% today may not look the same as yesterday or tomorrow, and that’s ok. The important part is that you come in here and give what you have. Give your 100%…. for today. We cant expect to come into the gym 4 or 5 times a week and always perform at our highest level. Even the best of the best have better days than others. The hope is that even by getting in here on those days when we aren’t feeling it and doing something, the level of performance overall will increase. So your worst day this week will still be better than your worst day six months ago. So as long as you give your 100% for today, be proud and feel good about it!
