We are so excited to bring yoga to the CFSP community and introduce you to Heather!! It is a great compliment to what we do!! We will be offering two classes a week, one on Thursday evenings and one on Saturday afternoons, each class with a different focus.
FREE TRIAL CLASS this Thursday May 18th at 7:30pm!!
You do not have to be a CFSP member to take these classes, or have any experience, everyone is welcome to join!! We have a membership or drop in fee option.
$20 drop in fee per class
4x a month- $45 nonmembers $40 for members and that will upgrade you to unlimited CF as well.
8x month- $90 for non members $80 for members and that will upgrade you to unlimited CF as well.
Yoga Class Descriptions
Mixed Level Classes
Thursday Relax & Stretch 7:30-8:30pm
The “Relax & Stretch” class is designed to help clients relax, de-stress and rejuvenate at the end of a long week. This class will focus on stress relief, flexibility, body alignment, and opening tight muscles that are common to us all, including neck and shoulder pain, back pain, hip pain and even tight hamstrings. This class is also suitable and therapeutic for people with arthritis and fibromyalgia.
Saturday Yoga 7-8am
Offers a truly unique yoga practice. It heals, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind with emphasis on movement, balance and intention. It is a dynamic, challenging program that combines strength and flexibility. Our role is to guide students to make their practice their own and their intention personal. This class is designed for students of all levels, and modifications will be provided for each pose to allow you to get the best yoga experience regardless if you are new to your practice or have been practicing for years.
Heather, RYT 200, founded raw yoga in 2015 to bring healthy, holistic benefits of yoga to the community. Heather is registered with the yoga alliance and teaches to renew the mind, strengthen the body, and to inspire the heart.
