Meet our first Transformation Tuesday, CFSP  member Kesha Patel!! She only found Crossfit Science Park less than a year ago, and has come such a long way in a short time.

Here’s a little bit more about Kesha:

  1. How long have you been at CFSP? – 10 Months


  1. Why did you start? – Improve health condition including weight loss and ultimately improve overall lifestyle (mental and physical)


  1. One goal for your self in the box? – build strength (mental and physical)


  1. One goal for your self outside the box? – be yourself


  1. Favorite movement? or type of work out? – Partner Workouts, longer WODs


  1. Goal? – improve endurance everyday by working out harder than yesterday


  1. What does your diet look like? – balanced/ portion control – enjoy every food in moderation. After starting crossfit, our cheat days are so much better than before.


  1. Whats your continued motivation for continuing to make CFSP a priority? – Feels achieved everyday.


  1. I know you have children, has CF helped make your every day better? – Definitely yes


  1. If you had to describe your experience at CFSP in one word?? – AMAZING


  1. Something no one knows about Kesha??  Enjoys CF more than Alcohol
