First Month: 3 times/ week

Monday Wednesday Friday, Any Class time.

Here you will experience the basic movements in CrossFit in a Class atmosphere and learn the ins and outs of the fundamentals before moving onto more complex exercises.

After first month you gain access to all other days of the week.
