4 DB Push Jerks
8 squat jumps
12 sit ups

minute 10:00 – 15:00
10 GHD or abmat sit ups
20m farmers walk, 70/55# per hand

minute 15:00 – 20:00
max calories on aB – switching every 30 sec.
