2 – strict pull ups or rope climbs or MU
3 – Thrusters @ 95/65 or 115/75 or 135/95
4 – FS @ 95/65 or 115/75 or 135/95
5 – Hang Power Clean @ 95/65 or 115/75 or 135/95
6 – Barbell Facing Burpees
7 – K2E
8 – KB swings
9 – box jumps, 24/20″ with step down
10 – v-ups
11 – 200m Farmers Walk (100m per hand) @ 70/55#
12 – GHD back extensions

the way this workout goes down:
round 1 = 200m run
round 2 = 200m run + 2 strict pull ups
round 3 = 200m run + 2 strict pull ups + 3 thrusters
round 4 = 200m run + 2 strict pull ups + 3 thrusters + 4 FS
round 5 = 200m run + 2 strict pull ups + 3 thrusters + 4 FS + 5 HPC
round 6 = 200m run + 2 strict pull ups + 3 thrusters + 4 FS + 5 HPC + 6 barbell facing burpees
