More and more professional athletes are doing yoga and it’s not only to help improve flexibility and allow their muscles to recover in between bouts of intense training. Athletes are starting to recognize that mental focus is such an important component of their success. The mind is usually our biggest enemy, filling us with fear and self-doubt. It can keep us trapped, afraid and often paralyzed to unlock our full potential. We all want to be the best version of ourselves and it is easier if we utilize all tools given to us.
You do not have to be a CFSP member to take these classes or have any experience, everyone is welcome to join!! We have a membership or drop in fee option.
$20 drop in fee per class/ $10 for CFSP members
4x a month- $45 nonmembers $40 for members
8x month- $90 for non members $40 for members

Mixed Level Classes
Thursday Relax & Stretch 7:30-8:30pm
The “Relax & Stretch” class is designed to help clients relax, de-stress and rejuvenate at the end of a long week. This class will focus on stress relief, flexibility, body alignment, and opening tight muscles that are common to us all, including neck and shoulder pain, back pain, hip pain and even tight hamstrings. This class is also suitable and therapeutic for people with arthritis and fibromyalgia.
