At CrossFit Science Park we believe in taking a holistic approach to your health. This means not only paying attention to what exercise we do, but the way we eat, the household products we use, the quality of life we are living. Its about stress management, coping skills, preperation and setting ourselves up for success. We want to make sure we are doing everything we can to be our best selves. mentally and physically!! This is the reason we have created the Holistic Wellness clinic Series at CFSP. Once a month we will be addressing a non work out subject. Last year we touched on subjects like, nutrition, and essential oils, goal setting, and whole food labels. This year we will be adding some new subjects with women’s health and stress management! I am super excited about our first clinic because I am doing it for you all!
