Group Classes

group-classes1Group sessions are are a hour long and includes stretching, warm-up and the WOD (workout of the day).   One of our awesome trainers will lead you through the hour. The beauty of this is that you don’t have to think for yourself. Programming is all done for you, and your coach is there to instruct, teach, and facilitate your hour.  The workout of the day (WOD) is highly varied. Each day is a new adventure and challenge.  Even the movements in your workouts vary greatly from day to day. Not only will your workouts never become monotonous, but the highly-varied nature of CrossFit workouts keep you constantly adapting and therefore improving your fitness like no other exercise program. It is recommended that you attend at least 3 times a week. We also recommend you track your  performance so you can  compare it  over a period of time to gage your own success! You won’t believe your progress in a short period of time.
