Trevor James began his journey in fitness fairly early on. During high school sports Trevor discovered CrossFit as a way to become a better athlete for the sports he participated in, including soccer and lacrosse. After playing both at a varsity level he went on to become very interested in Exercise where he went to the University of Vermont. There he majored in Exercise and Movement science. While being a student Trevor was also coaching CrossFit at every opportunity he could. After Graduating in 2014 he knew he wanted to continue coaching and helping people become the best versions of themselves possible.
