So I did a little thing yesterday. I RX’d the WOD. I am proud of that. It has been a while, and it is as much a mental victory as a physical one! I am weak, for now, cardio sucks, for now, BUT I am back. On a mission. With purpose. Excited. I did a little thing yesterday!
Please remember to bring a change of shoes and change them right when you enter the gym.
We have some new people joining our community!! Remember your first day, week, month…. be patient and kind and gently remind the newbies not to take your bar, wipedown equipment, and change their shoes. Oh and easy on the chalk….lol.
