Happy Monday!! You are amazing!!!

Coach Dan and Officer Joe are off this weekend to conquer the Boston 10 mile tough mudder!! Good luck boys!!

Next Saturday June 30th, will be The 5K fundraiser Dash for Dani in Milford. If you looking for a great race for a great cause, this is it!  (I will be moving the Rock climb to July 21 so we can do both.)

New Partnership with City Climb!

We are planning on a CFSP day at City Climb. (for July 21st) If you are interested it will be a 20$pp, and there is a sign up sheet at the front desk. Families and friends are also welcome!! I will put out a new sign up sheet.

We are also partnering with them to offer our CFSP members a discount off their memberships if you are interested. They will give you a free intro to climb session, and 10% off their membership just for being a CFSP member.

CFSP Beach Day:  tentative date Sunday July 22nd…. More info coming. We would really love for everyone to come! We will be reserving the pavilion at Walnut beach (In Milford)  as well as putting up some volleyball nets on the  beach! Food and drinks and other games! Bring friends and family! More info coming soon.. and a confirmed date!

New member challenge group: We have a great group of 8 starting their fitness journey with us here at CFSP!  I have already told them what an awesome community we have here at CFSP! Next group meeting will be June 24th at 10:30. Open to everyone. Details of content TBD!

Yoga: Thursday at 7:30pm The group is slowly growing! We would love some more interest.This is a great compliment to what we do at CFSP and Ginger and Suzanne are great!! They are excited to build the program here at CFSP!

Thursday Relax & Restore 7:30-8:30pm

The “Relax & Restore” class is an all levels class that incorporates vinyasa flow and restorative poses. This class is designed to help you relax, de-stress and rejuvenate at the end of a long week. We will focus on stress relief, flexibility, body alignment, and opening tight muscles that are common to us all, including neck and shoulder pain, back pain, hip pain and even tight hamstrings. This class is also suitable for everyone.
