Here is an easy  fun holiday recipe:

Santa snacks:

as is:                                                                                              slightly healthier version (paleoish)

1 stick of butter                                                                            substitute grass (pure gold) fed butter or ghee

1 cup of graham cracker crumbs                                              recipe below in article

1 cup flaked cocunut                                                                   no real sub (or go with nuts instead, you’ll get

the coconut taste from the coconut milk                                                                                                                        substitute below

1 cup semi sweet chocolate                                                        dark chocolate

1 cup nuts                                                                                       almonds/cashews

15 ounces condensed milk                                                          condensed coconut milk


Preheat oven top 350

Combine butter, graham cracker and coconut in 9×13 pan

Press lightly

Cover with Chocolate, sprinkle nuts and some coconut flakes over crust

Drizzle condensed milk over

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

Cool completely before cutting.
