So this blog is for our students going through finals, professors, parents, singles, pretty much everyone!!
This is a tough time of year. There is a lot going on. Between finals and the holidays, each of us will at some point need to close our eyes and remember to breathe. Added to our normal stress; money, jobs, relationships, who stands a chance??!!
I came across a pretty good article about stress. Its pretty remedial, and there is no new information, but its a good reminder of exactly what stress does to us and how we can keep it in check.
Some quick thoughts:
