Since I started crossfitting 🙂
3. What made you walk through the door?.
I was told about crossfit by some of my colleagues, I thought to give it a try
4. Whats your motivation.. whats your why for continuing this journey?
Feeling accomplished after the work outs. I usually attend the noon class (btw best class ever) which helps me release extra energy and helps me get through the afternoon. I like being healthier and stronger. The community is another reason.
5. What does your diet look like?
Meat, meat and oh yea did I mention meat?
6. What is your favorite movement or work out?
7. What is your least favorite movement or work out?
Thrusters (don’t tell Dan, he’ll add them to the workout)
8. Goals?? 3 months, 6 months, one year from now?
I would like to get more sufficient in the gymnastics movements, maybe even join a masters crossfit event
9. Tell us about Mehmed, outside the box?
Funny, friendly and an easy going guy. I like to play fooball (European that is). I’m in IT and love the daily challenges or projects
10. One piece of advice you would tell a newbie?
Do the movements slow but right. The coach will teach you the right way, focus on getting it right rather than adding a lot of weight to get a PR. PRs will follow
