The action.

It doesn’t matter how many times you fall, as long as you get up one time more…

Life can throw curveballs, and knock you down, and throw huge detours in your direction but the important part is that you keep going.

We learn that here at crossfit. Its a marathon not a sprint. We value the effort. There will be things you can’t do ….today, but persevere and one day you will.

There will always be obstacles in your way. Don’t loose site of your goals. Life’s curveballs, face them head on. Hit it out of the park!

The action: is not allowing the curveball to keep you down. Standing back up, fighting for you, fighting for right, fighting for your goals, and what your due, is the action!!

Persevere…..and you will succeed!
