In getting ready for the LuRong Challenge I have already started making a few changes… I have also been using a few different apps that I really like and am getting a feel for the challenge. We will have a kick off meeting Saturday May 6th at 9:30.. right before Amit comes in to talk about food labels. Plan to stay for both… great information for your success!!
Sarah from Life’s abundance will be here this Wednesday between the 4:30-6:30pm classes with some samples of their clean products. These are some of the cleanest products I have come across.

Chiroprator- Dr. Greg from New Haven Chiropractic and Sports Rehabilitation will be here on May 8th between the hours of 4:30-7:30pm. Dr. Greg is a board certified Sports Chiropractor and an International Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician. He has worked with Team Kaya Dragon Boat Racing, AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour, Spartan Race, and the IPA Push/Pull Showdown to name a few. Dr. Greg is certified in Kinesio Taping, dry needling, and a variety of instrument assisted soft tissue techniques.
