How is everyone feeling?? Everyone has been working really hard and there will be some soreness as you are getting pushed by the coaches and the programming!! Remember to stretch well… not only while you here at class but through out the day.
1. Get up from your desk once an hour and move around. Set an alarm if you have to.
2. Roll out/Stretch before bed and when you wake up.
3, Drink lots of water!!!!
